Marissa is a Certified Human Resources Leader, has a Bachelor’s in Administrative & Commercial Studies from Western University, a Human Resources Management Certificate from Ryerson University, is a recognized Human Resources Business Partner by the Human Resources Professional Association and Coach by Adler.  Marissa previously worked in media, most recently at The Canadian Press for almost 10 years.

My purpose is to enable others to achieve their potential.  It’s why I joined Springboard as the mission rings so true to my personal values.  Each and every day, I get up and am excited to work with the amazing people at Springboard.  While a new department to the organization, the focus of our People & Culture team is to support a culture of trust, collaboration, and innovation, where people bring their whole self to work so that the achievement of personal, professional, and organizational success is achieved and remains ongoing.
